Richmond American opens homes in Autumn Glen in the northwest

Richmond American Homes' Autumn Glen offers homes, ranging from three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths in 1,850 to 2,400 square feet. Prices start from the $360,000s. The homes have pool-sized lots and 18-foot driveways, according to sales agent Diana Tang.

The homes are from the Stonegate Collection and are highlighted by stone exteriors and wrought-iron detailing. Four two-story floor plans are available.

"The stonework adds a lot of curb appeal to these homes, and the floor plans boast several attractive features. Two of our plans also offer the downstairs bedroom as an option, which a lot of families find very convenient," Tang said.

Priced from the $390,000s, the 2,400-square-foot Cobblebrick features five bedrooms and three baths. This home includes a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, while the second level is highlighted by a tech center area.

Priced from the $370,000s is the Ledgestone, which houses four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,200 square feet. The home features a master suite balcony. It also includes a formal living room that can be selected as an optional fifth bedroom, and one of the secondary bedrooms offers an optional loft.

The Pebble Stone is priced from the $360,000s and features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,150 square feet. The entry leads into a formal living room, and the family room is open to the kitchen and nook. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet, split-dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.

Priced from the $360,000s, the Cliffstone features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,850 square feet. The main floor offers a great room, kitchen and nook, as well as a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom with full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, two secondary bedrooms, a laundry room and a tech center.
