Richmond American presents Foxborough

Foxborough, a Richmond American neighborhood in the southwestern area of the Las Vegas Valley, offers seven floor plans from two distinctive collections. Prices range from the upper $200,000s to the upper $300,000s.

Floor plans range from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet, with a few homes available for quick move-in, according to sales agent Norm Cummins. "In addition to a great selection, one of our most attractive features is our location," Cummins said. "Foxborough is set in the beautiful southwestern valley, giving residents quick access to the Strip and plenty of shopping, dining and recreation opportunities."

Seven two-story floor plans feature great-room layouts, kitchens with nook areas and master suites with private bath.

According to Cummins, the Cottage Collection has become a popular choice for first-time home buyers.

The Tartan features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and as much as 1,200 square feet. The main floor features an open layout with a great room, kitchen and nook. The master bedroom suite with private bath, two secondary bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room are situated at the second floor. A loft is available in lieu of the third bedroom. The Tartan is priced from the $280,000s.

Priced from the $290,000s, the Tattersal is a 1,350-square-foot design with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The great room features volume ceilings. An optional fourth bedroom is available, adding as much as 170 square feet. A loft is available in lieu of one of the bedrooms.

The Herringbone is priced from the low $300,000s and features three bedrooms. The 1,600-square-foot design includes a den which can be selected as an optional fourth bedroom with full bath, at the downstairs. The island kitchen is accented by volume ceilings. Upstairs, aloft is available in lieu of one of the bedrooms.

"Home buyers looking for a little more space will find a good fit with the plans from our Stonegate Collection," Cummins said.

"Many of these homes feature formal living rooms and dining rooms, master suites with soaking tubs and gourmet kitchens with food preparation islands and breakfast nooks. Three of the plans offer a convenient downstairs bedroom and all of the homes feature attractive stone veneer."

Four floor plans are available at Stonegate -- the Cliffstone, Pebble Stone, Ledgestone and Cobblebrick.

The 2,400-square-foot Cobblebrick is the largest plan, featuring five bedrooms and three baths.

Priced from the $370,000s, this home includes a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, while the second level is highlighted by a tech center area.

Priced from the $360,000s, the Ledgestone is a four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath design of 2,200 square feet.

The floor plan features an optional loft upstairs, as well as an optional fifth bedroom and full bath on the main floor. Some elevations include a balcony off the master suite.

The Pebble Stone is priced from the $350,000s and features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2,150 square feet. The entry leads into a formal living room, and the family room is open to the kitchen and nook.

Priced from the $340,000s, the Cliffstone features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 1,850 square feet.

The main floor offers a great room, kitchen and nook, as well as a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom with full bath.

Six model homes are open for touring. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit and go west. Turn left on Westwind.

The sales center and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday, when they open at noon.
