Richmond American provides central location

Richmond American's Sapphire Springs in central Las Vegas is offering homes priced from $149,990.

"The prices at Sapphire Springs can't be beat, especially considering the high quality and design features that are included," sales agent Tyler Shelton said.

These homes come with features such as dual-zone heating and air conditioning, so the upstairs and downstairs temperatures are independent of each other.

"We're just a few minutes from the new World Market Center, which offers plenty of employment, and there's a lot of new shopping and dining nearby," Shelton said.

Homes range from 1,100 to 1,350 square feet, with two bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Two of the plans offer optional third bedrooms.

The floor plans are from Richmond American's Manchester Collection, which is built exclusively at Sapphire Springs.

Priced from $149,990, the Amherst offers a layout that includes two separate master bedroom suites. Depending on the elevation selected, one of the suites features a balcony. Other highlights of this 1,100-square-foot home include a storage area off the garage, a kitchen with a charming breakfast nook, an upstairs laundry room and a tech center area at the top of the stairs.

The Concord is priced at $159,990 and measures 1,300 square feet. The living space is housed upstairs. The second level includes a kitchen, family room with a balcony and a master bedroom suite with private bath. The main level features a bedroom and a formal living room or optional third bedroom.

The Hampton is priced at $169,990. This 1,350-square-foot home features an upstairs loft that can be selected as an optional third bedroom. The kitchen includes a nook and pantry.

To visit, U.S. Highway 95 to Rancho Drive and go north. Turn right on Holly Way, and the neighborhood will be on the right.
