Richmond American provides resource center for home buyers

With the goal of helping home buyers streamline their home search, builder Richmond American operates the Homebuyer Resource Center out of the builder's Home Gallery at 7770 S. Dean Martin Drive, Suite 10.

Prospective buyers can speak with an experienced new home specialist one-on-one and have their questions answered.

Representatives can walk customers through the buying process, providing information on floor plans, locations, homes available for quick move-in, financing and current offers.

"Whether you're looking for a certain location, a specific price range or a particular home feature, we can help you narrow down your choices and find the home that's right for you," Lee said.

"For instance, if a home buyer works on the Strip, we can recommend specific communities that offer a convenient commute. Maybe you have extended family living with you and want a downstairs bedroom, or you work from home and want a cozy den. Our new home specialists can recommend specific floor plans and give you driving directions to communities where they're featured."

Richmond American offers nearly 50 communities and more than 100 floor plans across the valley.

Prices range from the $200,000s to the $700,000s, and measure from 1,100 to as much as 4,000 square feet.

Richmond American also offers homes to fit any moving schedule, with quick move-in homes available at many neighborhoods.

Sales offices and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday, when they open at noon.

The Home Gallery is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday; and noon to 5 p.m., Sunday.

In addition to a team of new home specialists, visitors can speak with professional design consultants and mortgage consultants from Richmond American's affiliate, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp.

Virtual model tours, interactive kiosks, neighborhood videos and innovative Color Studios are a few of the other home-buying resources on hand.

Go west on Blue Diamond, north on South Dean Martin Drive, and right on Robindale Road.

Take the first right into the parking lot, then take an immediate left and follow the parking lot to the Home Gallery.
