Richmond American releases its final phase

Richmond American has released the final phase of homes at Moreno Valley, a neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas.

The homes come with stainless steel appliances, window coverings and technology systems. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.

Visitors to the community can tour three model homes. Four floor plans are available, ranging from 1,150 to 1,800 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two to 2  1/2 baths. All the homes are two-story designs and include an attached two-car garage.

Priced from the $230,000s, the Soledad is a three-bedroom home with two baths in 1,150 square feet. The main level features an open layout with a great room, nook and kitchen with food-preparation island. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a private bath and walk-in closet, two secondary bedrooms and a full bath. A loft is available in lieu of the third bedroom. Depending on the elevation selected, a deck is featured off the loft or bedroom.

Priced from the $250,000s is the San Carlos, offering three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,500 square feet. A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft, and one of the bedrooms offers an optional master retreat.

Priced from the $260,000s is the Carmel, featuring four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,700 square feet.

Priced from the $270,000s, the Portola is the largest design, offering 1,800 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a loft. A fourth bedroom is available in lieu of the loft.

To visit Moreno Valley and tour the models, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive and go north. Turn right on Deer Springs Way and follow past Grand Montecito Parkway.
