Richmond American touts floor plans in Cherry Lane Collection

Richmond American Homes offers the Cherry Lane Collection, a selection of four two-story floor plans, located in neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Prices start at $179,990.

Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales, said buyers have been impressed with the openness of the collection's floor plans.

"Our Cherry Lane floor plans have an open layout that has proven to be very popular," she said. "People like the idea of living spaces that flow from one room into the next because it gives everyone a chance to have their own space but still gather together.

Richmond American offers the Cherry Lane Collection in several neighborhoods across the valley. Prices range from the high $100,000s to the mid-$200,000s.

The Cherry Lane Collection includes four plans: Mahogany, Lambert, Ranier and Lapin.

Both the Mahogany and Lambert are three-bedroom floor plans that provide a food-preparation island in the kitchen and optional loft. The Lapin and Ranier each offer four bedrooms and 21/2 baths.
