Richmond American’s Cantata opens models

Richmond American's Cantata neighborhood is modeled after traditional neighborhoods of cul-de-sac streets and spacious homesites, said Melissa Armendariz, sales agent.

With prices starting in the $170,000s, the three--bedroom Richmond American-built homes are available as quickly as 30 to 45 days, Armendariz said.

"This cozy, 33-home neighborhood features , easy access to Interstate 15 and more," Armendariz said. "These are quality homes with pricing and designs suited for today's market and beyond."

The two-story homes at Cantata represent the builder's Cherry Lane Collection with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to 31/2 baths, ranging from 1,300 to 1,750 square feet.

The collection's Mahogany floor plan offers three bedrooms with stainless steel appliances, a tile floor and a tandem garage. "It's priced around $172,000 and is fully complete and ready for move-in," Armendariz said. "We also have a Lambert Plan ready for move-in within 45 days, as well as a Lapin with two master bedrooms."

The 1,450-square-foot Lambert features an open layout with a great room, dining room and kitchen. The Lanier and Mahogany models each include a food preparation island in the kitchen, an upstairs laundry room and an optional loft.

Priced from the $180,000s, the Ranier is a four-bedroom home of 1,550 square feet with high ceilings and a formal entry leading into a great-room layout. Upstairs features the master suite with private bath, three secondary bedrooms and a full bath. An optional loft is available in lieu of one of the bedrooms.

The largest plan is the Lapin. Priced from the $190,000s, this four-bedroom home offers 1,750 square feet.

To visit Cantata, take Interstate-15 to the Lake Mead exit and go east. Go south on Pecos Road, east on Owens and north on Gateway.
