Richmond American’s Copper Creek to hold grand opening today

Richmond American at Copper Creek, a new gated community in southeast Las Vegas, is holding its grand opening today from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitors are invited to enjoy complimentary food and refreshments while touring the builder's new models.

Priced from the low $200,000s, the home designs include three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and an attached two-car garage, with optional fourth bedrooms available on three plans.

Four two-story floor plans are available.

Priced from $209,990, the 1,450-square-foot, the Arivapa floor plan features a front porch leading into a great room layout.

The first floor is completed by a kitchen, breakfast nook, powder room and laundry room. Upstairs, the master suite is located down the hall from the secondary bedrooms, providing added privacy.

A loft configuration is available in place of one of the secondary bedrooms.

The Galiuro floor plan includes a main-level master suite.

The main floor also features a kitchen, a powder room, and a flowing family room and dining room. A loft highlights the second level, in addition to two secondary bedrooms, a bath and a laundry room.

Buyers can opt for a fourth bedroom and tech center in place of the loft. The Galiuro measures 1,800 square feet and is priced from $219,990.

The Swansea floor plan features a built-in covered patio off the great room. Some elevations of this design offer a front courtyard.

Other highlights include a formal dining room and a loft or optional fourth bedroom. Priced from $229,990, this home measures about 1,850 square feet. Options for an extended great room or extended master suite are available with this design.

The largest floor plan is the Sibley. The design offers as much as 1,950 square feet centered by a separate living room area for formal entertaining.

The design's kitchen, dining room and family room configuration offer an open layout.

The home's upstairs laundry room is accessible from the master suite. The upstairs includes two secondary bedrooms and loft.

A fourth bedroom may be selected in place of the loft.
