Richmond American’s Tenaya Crossing offers pool-sized lots
July 28, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Richmond American Homes' Tenaya Crossing neighborhood in the southern Las Vegas Valley offers pool-sized lots. The builder, which has been creating community for 35 years, is building only 35 homes in this enclave.
"Home buyers are often excited by our spacious home sites; many are cul-de sac lots and most are large enough for a swimming pool," sales agent Jeff Pearson said.
"It's a nice change from what some of our competitors are offering for the same price. Plus, two of the floor plans feature an option for a main-level bedroom, an attractive feature not typically found on new homes in the area. It's great for a mother-in-law, or really for anyone looking for added privacy and convenience."
The homes at Tenaya Crossing are from Richmond American's Stonegate Collection, distinguished by stone exteriors and wrought iron detailing.
Interiors offer classic design features such as formal living rooms and dining rooms, master suites with soaking tubs, and kitchens with food-preparation islands and breakfast nooks.
Three floor plans are available. Priced from the $370,000s is the Pebble Stone, featuring four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,150 square feet. The main level includes a formal living room, dining room, family room and kitchen with nook.
Other features are an upstairs laundry room and a loft that is available in lieu of the fourth bedroom.
Priced from the $380,000s is the Ledgestone, featuring four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,200 square feet.
This home is enhanced by a covered balcony off the master suite, available on select elevations.
On the main floor, the formal living room has the option to be converted to a fifth bedroom with full bath. Upstairs, a loft can be selected in lieu of the fourth bedroom.
The Cobblebrick is the largest floor plan, priced from the $390,000s.
The main level includes a bedroom and full bath, while the second level is highlighted by a tech center. The Cobblebrick offers 2,400 square feet with five bedrooms and three full baths. Buyers can opt for a loft in lieu of the fifth bedroom.
To visit, take the Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Rainbow Boulevard exit and head south. Turn west on Windmill Lane and south on Tenaya Way. The community is on the left.
The sales center is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Friday when it opens at noon. Call 270-0487 for more details.
