Richmond’s Wellington Place introduces three new designs

Three new floor plans are available at Wellington Place, a Richmond American neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas. The neighborhood offers seven floor plans.

The new plans include the Verona, Tuscana and Cassandra, all from Richmond American's Altezza Collection.

"These plans are very unique because they offer optional attic lofts or suites," sales agent Chuck Myers said. "It's a great way to provide added living space and privacy, without taking anything away from the size of the yards.

"All three plans feature a formal living room, dining room and family room, and the kitchens come complete with convenient features like a food-preparation island."

The Cassandra is the largest new floor plan, with four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,650 square feet. Room options allow this home to include up to six bedrooms and four baths.

Priced from the $310,000s, the home is highlighted by a first-floor study and a second-level library, which can be converted into additional bedrooms. The option of a third level with a loft or bedroom suite provides additional living space.

Also available are the Tuscana and the Verona. Both are priced from the $290,000s and include three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,350 square feet.

The Tuscana offers an optional courtyard off the main level, an upper-level laundry room and an optional third-level attic loft or a master suite with a bath and walk-in closet.

The Verona features an entry leading into separate living and dining rooms and a kitchen overlooking the family room. Upstairs, the master suite can be expanded to include a retreat, and the loft space can be converted to a fourth bedroom. There are also options for an attic loft or bedroom suite.

In addition, four plans from the Stonegate Collection are featured. These two-story homes range from 1,850 to 2,400 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and 21/2 to three baths. Some homes are available immediately and at special prices, Myers said.

He said the Cliffstone floor plan starts from the $290,000s, but one of the quick move-in homes is available at $269,990. The home comes with granite countertops.

Five homes are currently available for quick move-in, with at least one of each plan. Two of the plans, the Ledgestone and the Cobblebrick, offer a downstairs bedroom with a full bath, Myers said.

The 2,400-square-foot Cobblebrick is priced from the $330,000s and includes five-bedroom and a loft is available in lieu of one of the bedrooms.

Two four-bedroom homes are available. They are the Ledgestone and the Pebble Stone.

Priced from the $310,000s, the 2,200-square-foot Ledgestone features a formal living room on the main floor that can be converted to a fifth bedroom with full bath. Upstairs, a loft can be selected in lieu of the fourth bedroom. Select elevations feature a covered balcony off the master suite.

The Pebble Stone is priced from the low $300,000s and offers 2,150 square feet. The entry leads into a formal living room, and the family room is open to the kitchen and nook. There is an upstairs laundry, and a loft is available in lieu of the fourth bedroom.

The Cliffstone features three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,850 square feet. The main floor offers a great room, kitchen and nook, as well as a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom with full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, two secondary bedrooms, a laundry room and a tech center.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive and go north. The community is located at Durango Drive and Grand Teton Drive.

Sales offices and model homes are open today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. As of Nov. 4, the office hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Friday when they open at noon.
