Rolladen adds finance program for buyers
Rolladen Rolling Shutters has partnered with Wells Fargo Bank to offer its customers a finance program.
"This is truly a wonderful opportunity for our customers," said Fran Minnozzi, company president. "We now have convenient financial options, less paperwork and instant bank approval over the phone. There are no lien requirements for qualified people."
Minnozzi said skyrocketing power bills and increased crime are the prime reasons customers purchase rolling shutters from the 23-year-old Las Vegas company.
"The combination of soaring utility bills and the heavy concentration of break-ins have really created concern," Minnozzi said. "Utility bills have doubled in many cases this summer and as much as we hate to admit it, law enforcement simply cannot keep up with the situation regarding burglaries."
Both business and property owners have called on Rolladen, especially during the past year, Minnozzi said.
"There are so many benefits to Rolladens," Minnozzi said, "and those two areas are probably the greatest reasons why people love their rolling shutters. Once people have their shutters, they never want to be without them again."
Minnozzi said small businesses in particular have been victimized by the double-whammy. She said business owners both small and large have been burglarized all over the valley in the past six months.
"It doesn't make any difference what you have," Minnozzi said, "because burglars will steal virtually anything and many times sell the goods for quick cash."
Rolladen Rolling Shutters are composed of foam-filled aluminum slats used to cover windows and doors. They can be operated manually, electrically or by remote control.
Each home or business is custom-measured. The shutters are installed by licensed and bonded craftsman after being built with parts from Europe, where Rolladen Rolling Shutters has been an institution for more than 100 years.
"They are the smartest addition anyone could have," Minnozzi said.
Rolladen Rolling Shutters has two showrooms. The original showroom is situated at 6168 W. Charleston Blvd., just west of Jones, while a state-of-the-art facility used for both sales and manufacturing is at 4405 Wagon Trail Ave., near Arville and Sunset roads in the southwest valley.
Both showrooms are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Further information may be obtained by calling 878-1072 or by visiting www.rolladenlv.com.
