RPS Homes introduces community

RPS Homes is selling Tuscany Retreat in Boulder City, an enclave of 47 single-story, semi-custom homes nestled in the mountainside bordering the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Residences at Tuscany Retreat sit on home sites ranging from about 10,000 to 31,000 square feet. The community features lake and mountain views with four floor plans. Amenities include double-gated patios that can accommodate recreational vehicles or watercraft.

RPS unveiled the model homes Sept. 29.

Having already built many custom houses in Boulder City, RPS Homes embarked on producing a community at Tuscany Retreat that would blend custom home construction quality with the ease and cost efficiency of semi-custom building.

Tuscany Retreat's Build It Your Way program allows home buyers to choose from a selection of home sites and floor plans, then to modify and enhance their chosen layout to suit individual preferences and lifestyle needs.

"If you need an extra room, special room sizing, or even a detached multi-use building, we can accommodate it," sales agent Geri Martucci said. Martucci's Team 1ST of Keller Williams Realty The Market Place is a partner of RPS Homes, managing sales and marketing operations.

Tuscany Retreat is an Energy Star-certified community, which means construction materials, equipment and components were selected to enhance performance and energy efficiency.

The use of natural rock walls with staggered topography give each residence a sense of privacy.

Floor plans range from 2,500 to more than 3,300 square feet. The Lucca measures 2,537 square feet, featuring four bedrooms, four baths, one- and two-car garage options, with front and rear covered patios.

The Roma measures 2,840 square feet and features three bedrooms, three baths, formal parlor, study and great room, along with one- and two-car garages and dual covered patios.

The Milano measures 3,260 square feet and features four bedrooms, four baths, large great room, dining room, three-car garage and front- and rear-covered patios.

The Florence measures 3,367 square feet and offers four bedrooms, three baths, a formal living room, dining room, kitchen and great room, master suite, three-car garage and front covered patio.

Priced from the $770,000s, Tuscany Retreat is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 93 and Nevada Way in Boulder City. The sales center is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Tuesday when it opens at noon.
