Ryland Homes builds in master plan

Ryland Homes offers three gated neighborhoods in the master-planned community of Mountain's Edge in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"With great views and numerous walking trails, these neighborhoods are made for those who enjoy spending time outdoors," said Heather Kuhn, sales agent for Augusta, Belford and Ellingwood.

Mountain's Edge features walkways that encourage leisurely strolls to biking and hiking trails. In addition to recreational facilities, there are plans for an extensive network of schools, professional offices, restaurants and shops.

To ensure environmental integrity, the master plan includes 500 acres of open space and desert landscaping throughout the community.
