Ryland Homes presents ‘cool’ night
July 21, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Ryland Homes is holding Cool Summer Night July 26 to showcase its Auburn and Bradford neighborhoods located at the Providence master-planned community in the northwest.
Eight decorated models will be available for viewing, and the builder is extending hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for one day only.
"In addition to details like Corian countertops and Merillat cabinets in the kitchen, home buyers also like the security of living in a gated community," sales agent DeeAnn Alper Collins said.
Auburn is a neighborhood of two- and three-story residences. The four home designs are available in three distinct architectural finishes, including Spanish Colonial-style with red tiled roofs and shutters.
Auburn homes range from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths and two-car garages. Features include gourmet kitchens with General Electric appliances, a great room, welcoming front porches (per plan) and a two-level owner's suite with sitting room and spacious walk-in closets. A third story "vista room" is also available in select plans. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s.
Bradford offers four home designs in a choice of Craftsman, Spanish Colonial and Country European styles. Floor plans range from three to four bedrooms in up to 3,099 square feet.
The one- and two-story homes feature two-car garages, private courtyards and options such as patios and decks.
The largest design, ideal for growing families, has an option for a fifth bedroom and fourth bath, as well as an a master suite that leads to both a private retreat and a deck.
Kitchens come with countertops, oak cabinetry and General Electric appliances. Prices begin in the low $300,000s.
"People who visit say that the houses all look so different from one another," Alper Collins said. "With 24 unique exterior paint schemes, as well as cobblestone and flagstone available on the exteriors, the neighborhood street view is really quite beautiful and rich with diversity."
The community centerpiece will be the Promenade, an inviting park linking several neighborhoods, as well as a network of pocket parks and trails.
To tour Auburn and Bradford at Providence, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit west on Ann Road, turn right on Lansford/Schaumber. Follow the road all the way to Barnacle then go left. Make a quick right just before the community gates.
The sales center and models are located straight ahead. Interactive floor plans of all Ryland Homes' designs are available at ryland.com.
