Ryland offers new incentives
July 29, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Ryland Homes is offering incentives and new pricing at its Kingwood Knoll neighborhood, making it more affordable to own a home in The Vistas Village of Summerlin on the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley.
"Summerlin is different from other master-planned communities because the amenities were given just as much importance as the homes during the design process," says Marc Leaf, sales consultant at Kingwood Knoll. "The community is so well-planned, you can tell they weren't an afterthought."
Those amenities include nearby schools, shopping and dining. Kingwood Knoll is located directly across from The Shoppes at Summerlin Centre, a 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center that recently broke ground. When complete, The Shoppes at Summerlin will bring a new level of retail to the area, including a Nordstrom, slated to open in 2009, and Nevada's first Crate & Barrel store.
Residents enjoy access to eight golf courses, 20 community parks and more than 100 miles of trails, along with swimming pools, playgrounds and tennis and basketball courts.
Summerlin also delivers cultural events at the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center and the Donald W. Reynolds Cultural Center, home of the Nevada Ballet Theatre.
Summerlin is located just east of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, one of Southern Nevada's scenic treasures. Red Rock provides an enduring and protected natural backdrop, a vast recreational area and private sanctuary.
Living at Ryland Homes' Kingwood Knoll puts all of Summerlin's attractions at your doorstep.
Distinguished by courtyard entries and rich architectural details, Kingwood Knoll is a neighborhood of single- and two-story homes, some on pool-sized lots.
The seven home designs range from two to five bedrooms and have as many as 3 1/2 baths. Rooms flow seamlessly from the great room with fireplace option to the dining room to the kitchen with island and pantry.
Master suites feature walk-in closets and master baths with dual vanities and deep tubs. Homes range from 1,515 to 2,224 square feet and start in the mid-$300,000s.
Home buyers can let their own personal style shine through, thanks to Ryland Homes' My Style Design Center, which offers an ample selection of designer upgrades and decorating enhancements. From floor coverings and window treatments to counters and cabinets and more, buyers can create the home of their dreams at Ryland's My Style Design Center.
Since 1967, Ryland Homes has crafted more than 240,000 homes across the country to become one of the nation's largest home builders.
