Ryland presents Providence subdivisions

Ryland Homes is selling two neighborhoods within Providence, a master-planned community in northwestern Las Vegas.

Auburn is an enclave of two- and three-story residences with four floor plans from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths.

The homes include two-car garages. Features and options include kitchens with GE appliances, great-room areas, laundry rooms and breakfast nooks.

Select plans offer a third-story vista room. The homes are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

"Providence is a brand-new master-planned community that feels far enough away from the city that it's peaceful and quiet," said Jim Storfer, sales agent for Ryland Homes' Auburn and Bradford at Providence. "At the same time, you're just minutes away from everything here."

Bradford is a neighborhood of single- and two-story homes.

Four home designs in three architectural finishes offer courtyard floor plans of three to four bedrooms in up to 3,099 square feet. Options include patio and deck areas.

The Coral offers an option for a fifth bedroom and fourth bath. The design includes a master suite that leads to a private retreat and deck. The Rose has an optional great room with two-sided fireplace.

The Emerald plan offers the option of a two-story master bedroom and retreat on the second and third story. Kitchens are equipped with countertops, oak cabinetry and GE appliances. Prices begin in the low $300,000s.

The 1,200-acre Providence master-planned community is gated and offers a network of parks, including Promenade Park, the community centerpiece that links Providence's neighborhoods.

To tour Auburn and Bradford at Providence, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit Hualapai north. Head west on Dorrell Lane and South on Shaumber. Turn right on Barnacle Avenue, right on Ditmars Street and right on Sheepshead Bay. The sales center and models are located straight ahead.
