Ryland to hold grand openings

Ryland Homes will hold two grand openings today in two new gated neighborhoods, Kensington and Windimere, located within the master-planned community of Providence. Providence is built on 1,200 acres and offers parks, walking trails and views of the desert landscape.

The Kensington at Providence will feature three home designs ranging from 2,400 to 3,039 square feet. These new one- and two-story, single-family homes will be priced from the low $200,000s and will feature as many as six bedrooms, three baths and two- or three-car attached garages.

At Windimere at Providence, buyers can choose from four two-story home designs ranging from 1,608 to 2,365 square feet. Homes are base priced from the high $100,000s and feature as many as five bedrooms, three baths and two-car attached garages.

Both Kensington and Windimere are within minutes of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport. There are retail centers with shopping, dining and services close to the neighborhoods.

The sales center and model for Kensington at Providence is located at 7033 Whitford St. To visit from North Las Vegas, take I-215 west and exit right on Hualapai Way, then make a left on Dorrell Lane. Turn right on Kensington Street, then a right on Mullnix Street. To visit from Summerlin, take I-215 north and exit left on Ann Road, then turn right on Lansford/Schaumber.
