Ryland to hold grand openings today

Ryland Homes is making its most popular floor plans available at two new Southern Nevada neighborhoods celebrating their grand openings today.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Arista in Henderson and Bristle Falls in northwestern Las Vegas debut five of Ryland’s most popular two-story homes in their own unique neighborhoods.

“Whether you want a condominium, townhome or single-family home, you have dozens of options with Ryland Homes. At Arista and Bristle Falls, we have taken our most popular two-story designs and built them in new neighborhoods with perfect locations near shopping and employment centers. Arista and Bristle Falls offer five of Ryland’s most popular home designs. The two-story plans range from 2,203 to 2,752 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and as many as three baths. Prices start in the low $200,000.

Through Oct. 31, Ryland is offering a gourmet kitchen with every new-home purchase. Stainless-steel General Electric appliances are offered in the special promotion and each kitchen is delivered with a built-in oven, five-burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher.

Buonanno said Arista is perfect for people who want to live in an independent neighborhood with low monthly fees.

“Arista is not gated, has no SIDs or LIDs (improvement district fees) and isn’t in a master plan, so the monthly fees are significantly reduced,” he said. “It is also in a mature neighborhood with beautiful parks and highly rated schools close by.”

Arista is zoned for top Henderson public schools including Newton Elementary, Mannion Middle School and Foothill High School.

Across town, near the Providence master plan in northwestern Las Vegas, is Ryland’s new Bristle Falls neighborhood, also celebrating its grand opening today.

“Bristle Falls is also an independent neighborhood with no gates, no master plan fees and no improvement district fees,” sales agent Rhonda Polk said. “Like the homes at Arista, all of our plans are available to be built with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck. Among Ryland’s best-selling plans being offered at Bristle Falls is the Madison. This 2,560-square-foot home includes four bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage.

The Madison features its master bedroom on the first floor and can also be built with dual master bedrooms, Polk said.

Bristle Falls is near many major northwestern Las Vegas employment and shopping centers.
