Sachs: ‘More to Rizzolo case than meets the eye’

Kimtran Rizzolo finds herself ensnared in the widening roundup of money attorneys Donald Campbell and Stanley Hunterton argue is owed their clients Kirk and Amy Henry. Kirk Henry was made a quadriplegic after being beaten outside the Crazy Horse Too topless cabaret in September 2001, and its former owner Rick Rizzolo promised to pay $10 million as part of the global settlement he signed to resolve a lengthy federal criminal investigation of his mobbed-up business activity.

Kimtran Rizzolo was married to Rick Rizzolo's late father, Bart, who received a $1 million windfall from the sale of a Philadelphia topless club in which his son had an investment.

The U.S. District Court continues to rule against ousted topless mogul Rizzolo and his family and former wife, Lisa, as the Henrys seek what they're owed.
