Sage Creek, in North Las Vegas, offers two-story homes with floor plans ranging from 1,760 to 2,152 square feet. Pricing begins in the $200,000s.

One of eight Lennar neighborhoods in North Las Vegas, Sage Creek is located just north of East Lone Mountain Road and North Bruce Street, with access to Interstate 15 and the Craig Road shopping corridor.

Home designs offer three to four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, and two-car garages.

The three-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot Santa Inez and the four-bedroom, 2,152-square-foot San Rafael feature great-room floor plans with a tech loft area on the second floor.

Each home also features a recessed or pop-out media niche and a standard gas fireplace in the main living area.

Retail and commercial developments can be found nearby, as well as schools, shopping and entertainment, parks and recreational opportunities.

Along with Energy Star certification, which saves homeowners on power bills while helping protect the environment, Sage Creek homes include a complete package of standard no-extra-cost amenities, according to the builder.

Topping the list are granite kitchen countertops, stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with icemaker, raised-panel cabinetry, full window coverings and a washer and dryer.

The Lennar "Everything you want, Everything you need" motto of no-extra-cost luxury features is an important factor for any home buyer, the builder said.

The program reduces moving expenses and makes it easier to afford a home, officials said.

Lennar also designs its home interiors with upgraded plumbing and lighting fixtures that are coordinated throughout the home.

Extensive prewiring for the homes extends to everything from CAT-5E high-tech and audio systems to the basics such as phones, cable TV and ceiling fans.
