San Mateo offers four floor plans

Pardee Homes' San Mateo neighborhood offers two-story homes in Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley, said Rob Tuvell, the home builder's regional sales director.

"Homes at San Mateo start from $289,450 for a 1,577-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-bay garage -- a great value for a well-designed and quality-built home that's located within the popular Mountain's Edge master plan," Tuvell said.

San Mateo's two-story homes feature three to four bedrooms ranging from 1,577 to 1,985 square feet with prices ranging from about $289,450 to $326,450.

Pardee is offering a move-in package that includes a side-by-side refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer and 2-inch Durawood blinds on select homes, Tuvell said.

Residence One measures 1,577 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage with a loft available in lieu of a secondary bedroom. Residence Two measures about 1,654 square feet with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and a two-car garage. The home can be built with up to four bedrooms.

Residence Three measures 1,823 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. The home is available with a loft in lieu of secondary bedroom.

Residence Four measures 1,985 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and two-car garage with a secondary bedroom in lieu of a loft and optional game room.
