Savona by Toll Brothers features estate homes

Toll Brothers has begun sales of five floor plans on 64 estate-sized home sites at Savona, a luxury neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

Ranging from 4,790 to 6,000 square feet, the new development includes the single-story Padova and Piazza floor plans and the two-story Montagna, Montanaro and Lavanto plans.

Models are scheduled to open in this fall.

The four- to five-bedroom homes offer expansive architectural details, such as private living and dining rooms, den and great-room areas, game room and multi-media centers, all highlighted by courtyard and two-story turret entries.

The designs offer master and princess suites, secondary bedrooms with private bath and guest casita options with full kitchens.

Kitchens include slab granite countertops, deluxe appliances, double wall ovens, center islands expanded to accommodate seating, walk-in and butler pantries and breakfast nooks.

Balcony areas and covered patios are featured. Exteriors are further highlighted by a barbecue cook center, swimming pool, fire pit and heated spa.

Three- and four-car garages plus optional RV garage, are features of home sites sized to allow for RV and boat parking.

The estate-sized homes are priced from the low $900,000s.

The Savona sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The builder serves the move-up, empty nester and luxury-home market and operates in 300 communities nationwide.
