Separated at birth

Rumor has it that Elena Kagan may get the nod to the SCOTUS this week. Hate to point this out on Mother's Day and all, but am I the only one that thinks this picture of Elena Kagan looks a little -- just a little -- like former Nevada Press Association lawyer Evan Wallach (now federal judge in New York) in drag?

I hope you'll believe me when I say that I don't mean any offense by this. Especially to Elena Kagen, who I don't know. But, c'mon, for those of you who know Evan, there is something to this, isn't there.
