SEVERAL CHEFS RESIGN FROM COMPANY AMERICAN BISTRO

There’s been a shakeup at Pure Management Group’s newest restaurant, Company American Bistro.

Several top chefs, including executive chef Adam Sobel, have resigned at the Luxor restaurant, which will close for several days this week to retrain new chefs, according to Pure spokeswoman Kate Turner.

Company will reopen with a new down-scaled menu Thursday and will be open seven days a week, she said.

Pure Management Group has been in the news of late after an IRS raid Feb. 21 at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace and the home of managing partner Steve Davidovici. Agents also entered Pure’s LAX nightclub next to Company American Bistro.
