Shadowbrook offers four floor plans

Richmond American's Shadowbrook neighborhood in northern Las Vegas offers two-story homes with three-car garages and pool-sized lots, according to sales agent Jeff Barta.

"The homes offer plenty of room, with up to seven bedrooms available and big, luxurious master suites," Barta said. "Another great feature is each floor plan's flexibility because buyers can tailor their home to meet their specific needs. If you like the outdoors, you can add an optional covered patio or deck; if you work from home, you might opt for a den; if you want a place where the kids can play, you can choose a loft or a bonus room."

Floor plans include Umbria, Merida, Avila and Tuscany.

Priced from the $370,000s, the Umbria is the largest design, featuring six bedrooms and three baths in 3,200 square feet. The main floor features a bedroom, full bath, living room with two-story volume ceilings, dining room, family room, nook and kitchen with a U-shaped center island.

Priced from the $350,000s is the Merida, a five-bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths in 2,750 square feet.

Priced from the $330,000s, the Avila includes five bedrooms and three baths in 2,500 square feet.

Priced from the low $300,000s is the Tuscany, offering four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,300 square feet.

Shadowbrook is located in northern Las Vegas at Lamb Boulevard and Azure Avenue.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Lamb and go south. Turn left on Azure, and the models are on the left.

The model homes are open for touring 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Friday, when they open at noon.
