Sharron Angle still in The View spotlight

The hosts of The View this morning picked up from yesterday's episode where Joy Behar erupted at Sharron's Angle's latest immigration commercial in the Nevada Senate race. That's the ad that depicts Hispanics as young toughs and whites as young innocents or worried family members.

Angle's campaign said today the publicity drove donors to her website, and the Republican sent Behar a thank you note along with a flower arrangement.

In today's excerpt, Whoopi Goldberg called attention to the flowers on the set, and Behar read Angle's note.

"I'd like to point out those flowers were picked by illegal immigrants, and they are not voting for you, bitch," Behar said in a reference to Angle.

"Harry Reid, I'm sure, got some money for it too, so we will find out which side is winning from it," Behar said. She said Angle could have taken the money spent on the flowers, "and had some sensitivity training with it."
