March 1, 2008 - 10:00 pm
Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for Deer Springs Town Center shopping center in North Las Vegas Tuesday at 10 am.
Local dignitaries, project team members and business leaders will be in attendance at the shopping center site located at North 5th Street and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

It will open in mid-March 2009. Its anchors will include a 132,360-square-foot Target, a 106,278-square-foot The Home Depot, a 65,000-square-foot Babies R Us, and junior anchors such as PetSmart, Ross and Staples.
