Silver Creek approaches sellout
Lennar's Silver Creek has only six residences left to sell in the 20-home gated enclave in the northwestern valley, according to Lennar sales agent T.J. Needham.
"Construction is well under way here at Silver Creek on the 20 homes that will be included in the community," Needham said. "Our response has been overwhelming. When you combine super-sized two-story masterpiece homes from 4,401 to 5,000 square feet with massive home sites from 18,000 to over 21,000 square feet and pricing from the $700,000s, the results are amazing. At this rate, we are on track for a very quick sell-out at Silver Creek."
The residences include upgraded appliances, cabinetry with crown molding, granite kitchen countertops and flooring, which are included in the price of the home. Everything is preselected and custom coordinated by Lennar's professional design team, Needham said.
Turtle Bay design is 5,000 square feet with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage.
"Everyone absolutely loves the main floor master suite with its open two-story library retreat. It's the kind of design usually reserved for custom homes," Needham said.
Other features include a butler's pantry, covered patio, rear veranda, media room, formal dining room and family room with fireplace.
Just one Morro Bay residence also remains available at this time, Needham said.
"The four-car garage of the Morro Bay has been a huge hit with our home buyers," Needham said. "Add the great interior design with 4,486 square feet, five bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and this is another masterpiece."
The home features a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, as well as a study with double-door entry. The second floor includes three additional bedrooms, two baths, a second den or study and the master suite with retreat, private veranda and walk-in wardrobe.
There is one Thousand Oaks design left in the neighborhood. The 4,498-square-foot home features five bedrooms and three full baths. Highlights include a covered front porch, covered rear patio, verandas and a main-floor bedroom with an adjacent bath.
Coronado residences round out the selection of the six remaining final homes.
The home design is notable for its curb appeal with a two-story turreted entrance. The 4,416-square-foot home includes four bedrooms, loft, four baths and a two-car garage, plus one additional side-load bay.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, turn east to Jones Boulevard. Go north on Jones to Rome Boulevard and turn left (west) on Rome and left (south) on Torrey Pines Drive to the Welcome Home Center.
