Silver Creek offers homes in enclave

Lennar features home sites measuring as much as one-half acre at its Silver Creek neighborhood, located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The homes are contained in a gated enclave, and feature pool-sized backyard and side-yard space for RV or boat parking.

Measuring 4,401 to 5,000 square feet, the residences contain four to five bedrooms, three to 41/2 baths and three- to four-car garages.

Prices start from the $700,000s.

Included features are upgraded stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, 42-inch maple kitchen cabinetry accented by crown molding, upgraded granite countertops and flooring, and a washer and dryer.

Also standard are formal and informal living spaces, dining rooms, separate media rooms, master suites with bath, walk-in wardrobes and retreats, kitchens with maple cabinetry and crown molding, upgraded appliances and breakfast nooks accented with bay windows.

The Morro Bay residence measures 4,486 square feet and features five bedrooms and 41/2 baths.

The main floor presents a formal living room with 19-foot ceilings and a formal dining room accented by a decorative archway and elegant columns.

An owner's study is located off the formal foyer, while a curving staircase rises to the second floor. The kitchen bisects the living areas and opens into a family room.

Silver Creek properties are currently available for 30-, 60-, and 90-day move-in, according to Lennar officials.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit east, then go north on Jones Boulevard. Turn west (left) on Rome Boulevard to Torrey Pines Drive and follow the signs to the entrance.

Welcome Home Center hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
