Silver Leaf unveils new designs
Pulte Homes introduced floor plans never-before-seen in the Las Vegas Valley at its Silver Leaf neighborhood last weekend, according to Nick Parks, director of marketing.
Homes at the southwestern Las Vegas Valley subdivision feature rear-loading garages accessed via a common courtyard, turned along a landscaped corridor.
Residents may access their home from the rear via their garage, or through the front door.
"The front doors of the homes are connected to a paver stone walking path that meanders throughout the community. With the garages tucked away and the fronts of the homes closer, it makes for a friendly community environment," Parks said. "This is a novel concept in Las Vegas and it was well-received by the many visitors we had during grand opening weekend. This is a great time to take advantage of grand opening offers and a wonderful selection of home sites."
The three new floor plans are all two story. They range from 1,673 to 2,049 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All of the homes come with two-car garages.
Prices start from the upper $200,000s.
Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards program, which includes brand-name amenities as standard features. Among them are York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, G.E. appliances, Schlage door hardware and Sea Gull lighting. At Silver Leaf, the homes also include 18-inch tile flooring in kitchens, baths, laundry areas and entries, as well as granite counter tops.
To visit Silver Leaf, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go west to Chieftain Street, head south and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday, when they open at noon.
