Six builders sell homes in Summerlin

Six builders are constructing and selling homes in nine neighborhoods in Summerlin Centre, located in the Summerlin master-planned community.

Nine floor plans that range from 1,530 to 2,822 square feet are available at C2 Lofts by Christopher Co. C2 Lofts is priced from $676,900 to more than $1 million.

Pulte Homes is building three-story homes at Villa Trieste. Homes range from 2,404 to 2,838 square feet, priced from $455,990 to $489,990.

Ryland Homes is selling Montage and Travata at West Park. Montage features five floor plans ranging from 1,857 to 2,103 square feet, priced from $308,890 to $373,990. Travata features four floor plans that range from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet, priced from $347,990 to $433,990.

Toll Brothers is selling three collections in its Traccia neighborhood: Balboa, Huntington and Newport. Among the three, prices range from $437,975 to $647,975 and layouts range from Huntington's 1,660 square feet to Balboa's 3,151 square feet.

William Lyon Homes is selling two townhome neighborhoods: West Park Villas and Courtyards. The Villas features four floor plans ranging from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and priced from $286,000 to $328,000. Courtyards also features four floor plans that range from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet, priced from $333,000 to $383,000.

Another builder with two neighborhoods in Summerlin Centre is Woodside Homes. Woodside's neighborhoods include Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park. Cypress features four floor plans, including one- and two-story homes that range from 1,524 to 3,175 square feet, priced from $399,990 to $524,990. Palmilla also features four floor plans, including one- and two-story homes that range from 1,922 to 3,124 square feet, priced from $484,990 to $589,990.
