Southern Highlands to open new homes at The Bluffs at Tuscan Cliffs

Southern Highlands has a new luxury neighborhood to offer its home buyers -- The Bluffs at Southern Highlands by Pacific Southwest Development. Located behind the main gates of Tuscan Cliffs, a select few home sites at The Bluffs are now available.

"We have been perfecting the designs and layouts of The Bluffs for some time and are thrilled to reveal this unique collection of homes," sales agent Michael Goeth said. "With The Bluffs, a whole new level of luxury is available to those who want the uniqueness of a custom home while enjoying the ease of working with a seasoned builder."

Three base models at The Bluffs are offered with architectural design options up to 6,800 square feet. Just eight home sites have been released for purchase and they are terraced into the mountainsides of Southern Highlands.

"This is an exclusive offering prior to our official grand opening," said Rob Evon, sales manager for Pacific Southwest Development.

"We are planning to hold a grand opening celebration in late summer to officially kick off our offerings at this exquisite hilltop community."

Upon its grand opening, the collection's three models will showcase thousands of options for the semi-custom homes.

The models range from 5,800 to 6,800 square feet and all carry the Green Home designation through the Build It Green program.

They are professionally designed and decorated by Pacific Southwest Development's Design team.

"The Bluffs will take luxury to a whole new level, with unique designs, amenities and views never seen before in semi-custom home building," Evon said. "These sites allow us to build homes that literally reside in the mountainsides and hilltops of Southern Highlands."

And when it comes to views, The Bluffs will offer never-before-seen locations for sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley, he said.

"These truly incredible homes allow residents full city views from the main levels. The lower levels will have access to each home's rear covered patio, pool, and theatre area."

Semi-custom home building is the hallmark of The Bluffs, where the developer manages every step of the process and gives residents the opportunity to have a customized home without the burden of building it themselves, Evon said.

"There are thousands of ways to personalize a home at The Bluffs for the lifestyle of each resident. But instead of working for years with multiple companies, our residents have three design meetings with their personal design specialists and their part of the process is complete. We manage the rest and let them enjoy their uniquely designed home."

Standard amenities at The Bluffs include 12-foot ceilings, Pella windows and doors, stainless-steel Viking appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot Kohler spa tubs and three fireplaces.

All homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas seamlessly, Evon said.

Base prices at The Bluffs start at $3 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m. For more information, call 228-8559.
