Stephanie Village offers mixed-use lifestyle
November 10, 2007 - 10:00 pm
Combining condominium flats and two-story lofts with shops that lend themselves to evening strolls, window-shopping, dining and gallery hopping is not a new concept, according to Sherry Latham, community sales manager of Stephanie Village at Green Valley.
"Mixed-use living in a village setting is a tradition as old as living well. In historically cosmopolitan and European cities, village living has always been a means of keeping commerce and life intertwined," Latham said. "Stephanie Village continues that tradition here in our valley. The design of our 22.5-acre development is based upon the concept of cementing business and personal relationships within a community."
Conservation goes hand-in-hand with the lifestyle at Stephanie Village, said Burnham Real Estate commercial investment manager Liz Clare.
"The goal of this community is to give residents the option of not having to get into their cars and drive. Stephanie Village offers real amenities in a setting where residents can just walk over to shop and have their cup of coffee in the mornings, get their hair done in the afternoon and meet with friends at one of the community restaurants in the evening," Clare said.
The community's 12,000-square-foot Lifestyle Pavilion is scheduled to open in February. It will include a fitness center with workout apparatus, spa room, entertaining kitchen, club room with billiards and game tables, flex studio for yoga and Pilates, along with the Gathering Place with widescreen TVs and lounge.
An open-air amphitheater and community green space, featuring concerts and events, will anchor Stephanie Village.
The project will retain a full-time concierge who will coordinate festivities and events.
Priced from the low $300,000s, floor plans have up to three bedrooms, three baths and a loft. Each residence includes European-style maple cabinetry and granite slab countertops throughout.
Units also include low-emittance windows, structured wiring and prewiring for satellite, cable and high-speed Internet. A complete stainless-steel Whirlpool appliance package is included, in addition to an advanced security system.
The sales gallery and model at 64 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Stephanie Street north and proceed to Wigwam Parkway, following the signs to the sales center. For more information, call 564-0686 or visit stephanievillage.com.
