Stone veneers highlight Wellington Place designs

Located in northwest Las Vegas, Richmond American's Wellington Place offers home designs highlighted by stone exteriors and wrought iron detailing.

"The stone exteriors really enhance the neighborhood and add a lot of character," sales agent Keith Gitzlaff said. "Our floor plans are very popular because of their open layouts and great use of space."

The neighborhood features four floor plans from the builder's Stonegate Collection, ranging from 1,850 to 2,400 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garage.

Priced from the $330,000s, the Cobblebrick is the largest design. The five-bedroom plan offers a bedroom and full bath at the main floor. The second story includes a tech center area with an optional loft available in lieu of a secondary bedroom.

Priced from the $310,000s, the 2,200-square-foot Ledgestone includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, with a loft option. The main floor includes a formal living room that can be selected as an optional fifth bedroom. The master bedroom includes a balcony area.

The Pebble Stone is priced from the low $300,000s and features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths within 2,150 square feet. The entry leads into a formal living room. The family room is open to the kitchen and nook.

Priced from the $290,000s, the 1,850-square-foot Cliffstone features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The main floor offers a great room, kitchen and nook, as well as a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom with full bath. The master bedroom suite, two secondary bedrooms, laundry room and tech center are situated at the upstairs.

To tour the models at Wellington Place, take Highway 95 to Durango Drive and go north. The community is located at Durango and Grand Teton Drive.
