Stoneridge includes selection of amenities

Lennar's Stoneridge neighborhood features homes in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Residences come with stainless-steel kitchen appliances, a self-cleaning range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer and full window coverings throughout.

Also standard are Silestone hard-surface kitchen countertops and upgraded raised-panel maple cabinetry with hidden hinges, as well as a prewiring package for telephones, cable TV, ceiling fans and high tech CAT-5E wiring.

Other highlights include a ceramic-tile entry, stainless-steel sinks and decorative coach lights. The master suite features cultured-marble vanities, ceramic-tile surrounds at the shower and tubs and a 42-inch-tall full-width vanity mirror.

Additionally, each home is accented by front entries with a covered porch that shields the front door from the elements.

Four two-story homes are available. Prices start from the $200,000s. All homes contain two-car garages.

The Somerset measures 2,161 square feet and contains three bedrooms, 23/4 baths and a second-floor bonus room.

The home's main floor has an open great room that includes a formal dining room with a built-in desk. A breakfast nook backed by decorative bay windows accents the chef's style L-shaped kitchen.

The Lucera offers four bedrooms, 21/2 baths within its 1,779-square-foot floor plan. The first floor has an open living area and adds a den off the entry. The 1,860-square-foot Dakota model is a split-level floor plan.

Neighborhood amenities include a residents' park with a gazebo, barbecues, a walking path and children's playground.

Selected homes are available for immediate occupancy with move-in prior to the holidays. Special financing is also available.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Cheyenne Avenue and go west. Cheyenne becomes Cliff Shadows Parkway. Continue north on Cliff Shadows to Peaceful Dawn Avenue, then turn west on Peaceful Dawn Avenue to the neighborhood.
