Stoneridge offers two-story designs

Lennar's Stoneridge offers home sites that measure 40 feet by 100 feet on hillside locations. The northwestern Las Vegas Valley neighborhood also offers four two-story home designs and a park highlighted by gazebos, barbecues, walking path and a children's playground.

The four single-family floor plans range from 1,659 to 2,161 square feet, with two-car garages. Prices start in the $300,000s.

The homes are part of the Logic of Lennar program and offer Energy Star-certified amenities. Standard features include appliances in the kitchen, including a refrigerator; washer and dryer; and full window coverings. Also included is extensive prewiring for telephones, cable TV, ceiling fans and CAT-5E wiring.

Other home features include a ceramic-tile entry, raised-panel maple cabinetry, stainless steel sinks, decorative coach lights and hard-surface silestone kitchen countertops. Master suite luxuries include cultured marble vanities, ceramic-tile surrounds at shower and tubs and a 42-inch-tall, full-width vanity mirror.

The Somerset is the largest residence at 2,161 square feet. The home features three bedrooms, 2 3/4 baths and a second-floor bonus room. The home's main floor features an open great room that includes a formal dining room with a built-in desk. A breakfast nook backed by decorative bay windows accents the L-shaped kitchen. There is also a bath on the main floor.

The home's second floor houses two secondary bedrooms, a second bath, laundry room and the master suite.

Other residences include the Shilo, Lucera and Dakota.

The 1,659-square-foot Shilo model has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a main-floor great room highlighted by a media niche. The L-shaped kitchen includes a food-preparation island, bar-counter seating and a walk-in pantry. The main floor also includes a powder room and a coat closet with under-stairwell storage. The home's second floor features a master suite, laundry, two secondary bedrooms and a second bath. All bedrooms feature walk-in wardrobe closets. One bedroom includes a pop-out window with a window seat.

The Lucera offers four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,779 square feet. The first floor has an open living area and a den off the entry. The second floor features the master suite and three additional bedrooms and a bath.

The 1,860-square-foot Dakota model is a split-level floor plan with a central landing area. Steps lead up to the main great room living area on the second floor. The floor also includes the home's master suite, bath and a secondary bedroom, which can be converted into a den or master retreat.

The home's first floor houses two additional bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, coat closet and direct access to the garage. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to the home's rear yard.
