Sales have started in The Village of Centennial Springs, a 41-acre suburban village in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley on Farm Road and Tule Springs near Durango Drive and U.S. Highway 95.

Homes in Lamplight Square feature loft areas, in most plans, and range from 1,936 to 2,251 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s. The floor plans include two to four bedrooms, with a master bedroom option.

Upon completion, The Village of Centennial Springs will include more than 200 homes in a variety of styles that include American Traditional, French Country and Spanish Colonial.

The Village of Centennial Springs will combine residential, retail, restaurant and office development around a tree-lined boulevard that will create a main-street environment.
