Summerlin bursts into spring with incentives
The master-planned community of Summerlin is kicking off March with a Spring Bloom sales event, a month-long celebration that marks the grand opening of Summerlin's newest neighborhood, Adelina by KB Home, and spotlights new homes selling in Summerlin South.
The celebration includes special homebuyer incentives and a drawing to win a $1,000 Visa gift card.
Homebuyer incentives vary per neighborhood. Select neighborhoods are offering homebuyers granite countertops, upgraded flooring and cabinetry and appliance packages.
A complete list of incentives and information on each Summerlin South neighborhood is available online at WelcomeToSummerlin.com.

Summerlin South neighborhoods offer residents a private neighborhood park with a pool, spa and open play areas. These amenities complement the surrounding community amenities, including miles of walking trails, schools, retail and office centers and large community parks home to a variety of recreational and athletic offerings.
"The amenities and diversity of homes, accompanied with Summerlin South's mountain-side location, make it a desirable address for valley residents seeking modern conveniences without compromising a naturally serene living environment," said Kevin Orrock, executive vice president for master-planned communities for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin. "It's a wonderful place to call home."
