Summerlin Centre remains active

With nearly 50 floor plans selling, Summerlin Centre remains the most actively selling village in the master-planned community of Summerlin, according to Julie Cleaver, director of design and planning for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin.

Located in the middle of the community, Summerlin Centre will ultimately be home to a nearly 2 million-square-foot regional retail center, office space, a series of grand public plazas, non gaming boutique hotel and dining and entertainment venues.

The village is home to dozens of completed neighborhoods, retail centers, office parks, Summerlin Centre Community Park, Village Green Park, dozens of neighborhood parks, schools and the $1 billion Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa.

"Retail, residential, office, civic and entertainment components will combine to create one of the most exciting spots in the valley. At Summerlin Centre, we're taking mixed-use development to the next level," Cleaver said.

Summerlin Centre offers eight neighborhoods, including Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes; C2 Lofts by A Christopher Company; Traccia's Balboa, Huntington and Newport Collections by Toll Brothers; Montage and Travata at West Park by Ryland Homes; and West Park Courtyards and Villas by William Lyon Homes.

Home styles range from single-, two- and three-story single-family homes, townhomes and urban-style lofts. Floor plans range from 1,524 to 3,175 square feet. Prices range from the high $200,000s to more than $1 million.
