Summerlin Centre to offer variety

With nearly 50 home floor plans ranging from 1,524 to 3,124 square feet, Summerlin Centre is the most actively selling village in Summerlin, according to Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of Summerlin. The village is also home to the community's most diverse product mix, including single-, two- and three-story homes, townhomes and lofts.

Summerlin Centre is a 1,300-acre mixed-use village of residential neighborhoods, parks, retail centers, restaurants, schools, office parks and the $1 billion Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa. Future plans for the village include a 1.5 million-square-foot regional retail center, more than 250,000 square feet of office space and a central plaza that will host public and civic events.

"The village is well on its way to becoming the urban core and 'downtown' of Summerlin," Chandler said.

Actively selling neighborhoods in Summerlin Centre currently include C2 Lofts by a Christopher Co.; Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes; Montage and Travata at West Park by Ryland Homes; West Park Courtyards and Villas by William Lyon Homes; and Traccia by Toll Brothers, which features the Balboa, Huntington and Newport Collections. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s to nearly $1 million. An additional neighborhood, Villa Trieste by Pulte Homes, opens for presales this month and will debut models later this year.

All neighborhoods in Summerlin Centre feature a variety of private neighborhood amenities for the exclusive use of residents. Allerton Park and West Park both feature park areas, a private pool and a spa, barbecue areas and children's play areas. Traccia includes a clubhouse, fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, two pools, and walking and jogging trails. When complete, C2 Lofts will feature a heated pool, two spas, a fitness center, and a roof garden with fireplaces, barbecues and lounging areas.
