More than 30 condominium, townhome and loft floor plans are actively selling in six different neighborhoods in Summerlin.
They are Altessa in The Vistas Village; C2 Lofts, West Park Courtyards and West Park Villas in Summerlin Centre; Coronado in The Paseos; and Mira Villa in The Canyons.
Combined, the multi-family home floor plans range from 684 to 3,917 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s to more than $1.2 million.
Each neighborhood offers a variety of social and recreational amenities for the exclusive use of residents, including parks, fitness centers and swimming pools.
"Many Southern Nevada home buyers are attracted to the convenient lifestyle associated with multi-family housing," said Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of Summerlin. "They are drawn to the benefits of homeownership and abundant neighborhood amenities without the demands of routine yard and lawn maintenance. It's a lifestyle growing in popularity among all age groups -- from young, busy professionals to retirees who desire a low-maintenance lifestyle."
Altessa, developed by Pacific Properties, features 10 European-styled condominiums, ranging from 684 to 1,390 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s to the mid-$300,000s.
