Summerlin offers new neighborhood, midrise condominiums

Dozens of floor plans are selling in five villages throughout the community, including The Canyons, The Mesa, The Ridges, The Vistas and Summerlin Centre West.
Summerlin's first midrise luxury condominium project, Mira Villa, is selling in The Canyons village. Six plans, ranging from 2,071 to 3,851 square feet, are priced starting in the high $400,000s. Mira Villa is located adjacent to Tournament Players Club Las Vegas, one of only two TPC courses in Nevada. Select homes offer scenic golf course views.
Summerlin's newest neighborhood, Ladera Terrace by Harmony Homes, is selling in The Mesa village. Ladera Terrace offers three plans that range from 2,320 to 2,622 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s.
The Mesa village is Summerlin's southern-most village developed to date and is home to The Mesa Park, a 19-acre community park, and Bishop Gorman High School.
Two neighborhoods are selling in the custom-home village of The Ridges, Boulder Ridge by Christopher Homes and Fairway Hills by Toll Brothers.
Boulder Ridge features six floor plans that range from 4,364 to 5,904 square feet and are priced from $1.6 million.
Fairway Hills features six townhome floor plans that range from 1,966 to 2,956 square feet and are priced from the low $600,000s.
Seven home floor plans are selling at Kingwood Knoll by Ryland Homes in The Vistas, a European-inspired village located west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, near Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Kingwood Knoll's floor plans range from 1,515 to 2,224 square feet and are priced starting in the mid-$200,000s.
Summerlin's most active village in terms of construction and home sales is Summerlin Centre West.
It features five neighborhoods offering 24 home floor plans. West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes offer eight floor plans that range from 1,556 to 2,452 square feet and are priced starting in the high $100,000s.
Traccia by Toll Brothers offers eight home floor plans that range from 1,660 to 3,151 square feet and are priced starting in the mid-$300,000s.
Cypress at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes offers four home floor plans that range from 1,524 to 3,175 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Villa Trieste at West Park by Pulte Homes offers four home floor plans ranging from 1,487 to 1,777 square feet and are priced starting in the low $200,000s.
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties Inc., Summerlin began to take shape in 1990.
