Sunrise Highlands offers models in east valley

Pardee Homes' Sunrise Highlands in the Sunrise Mountain area of east Las Vegas offers 12 model homes - eight in one location and four just down the street -- and features homes that start from $275,450.

Located near the intersection of South Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive, Sunrise Highlands is home to Pardee's Arrowhead and Sierra neighborhoods and newly opened Crestline neighborhood.

Homes at Crestline range in size from 1,979 square feet to 3,671 square feet with up to seven bedrooms and features such as great rooms, lofts, bonus rooms and super bonus rooms.

Prices range from $391,950 to $461,950.

While it has a quiet location, Sunrise Highlands is close to many community amenities, including the new Hollywood Regional Park at Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.

To reach Sunrise Highlands from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard.
