Texas junior college defensive end signs with UNLV

Junior college defensive end Parker Holloway, who reportedly also received scholarship offers from Oklahoma State, Baylor and North Carolina, signed to play football with UNLV.

Holloway (6 feet 4 inches, 250 pounds) is a midyear signee from Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas, meaning he will enroll in January and go through spring practices.

Rivals.com rates him as a three-star prospect.

UNLV, however, will not put out a news release on Holloway's signing until the main Feb. 1 signing day.
