The Los Prados Women's Club is set to host its spring rummage sale from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday at 5150 Los Prados Circle. The 11th annual Run Away with Cirque du Soleil is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd. In addition to a 5K and 1-mile walk, the event includes entertainment and activities for children. Participation fees are $40 for the run and $30 for the walk. Family to Family Connection's eighth annual Touch-A-Truck is set for 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at The Orleans Arena parking lot, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave. Children can look at, explore and sit in the driver's seat of more than 92 vehicles -- including firetrucks, police cars, construction trucks, race cars and big rigs. The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, 361 Symphony Park Ave., plans to present Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater today and Wednesday, Straight No Chaser on Sunday and Savion Glover's Bare Soundz on March 27. The Las Vegas Philharmonic's opening performance in the new venue, a Masterworks IV concert scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday, is slated to feature the Las Vegas Master Singers, the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Concert Singers and Chamber Chorale.
