Legacy X, a Las Vegas-based community project, has planned a 5K and 1-mile run for 9 a.m. Nov. 10 at the History Walk Path inside Sunset Park, 2601 E. Sunset Road. The event is set to feature more than 400 animated lights along a 2.5-mile racetrack.
