-- The College of Southern Nevada plans to celebrate Black History Month with the fifth Hands Across the Arts benefit Feb. 22. The event is scheduled to feature "Tap in Time," a history of tap dance in America, and an awards ceremony to honor legendary tap dancers Bunny Briggs and Prince Spencer.
