This little piggy took Sen. Kerry’s yacht

If Joe Biden was right when he said it was the moral obligation of the rich to pay extra taxes, Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., is going straight to H-E-DoubleHockeySticks.

Luckily, Joe Biden, as he often is, was just being his goofy over-the-top self.

Kerry bought a $7 million yacht and docked it in Rhode Island (allegedly) to avoid something like $500,000 in taxes in his home state. You can read about it here.

While some see the whole deal as an outrage on Kerry's part, I wonder if there's anyone out there who sees the outrage not as one of hypocrisy, but one of government taking a piggy additional $500,000 on a $7 million yacht.

Taxes need to be dialed back in this country for everyone ... and then they need to be made fair. Flat tax, anyone?
