Toll Brothers builds in southwest

Toll Brothers, a national builder of luxury homes, is building two neighborhoods within Mountain's Edge, which was named the No. 1-selling master-planned community in the United States in 2007 by Robert Charles Lesser & Co., an independent real estate advisory firm.

Nestled against the rugged foothills of the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, Mountain's Edge is a 3,500-acre family oriented master plan.

It will include four elementary schools, shopping centers, restaurants and more than 500 acres of parks and trails upon completion.

Toll Brothers' Mirasol at Mountain's Edge features seven two-story, single-family homes in two collections -- Balboa and Monterossa. All seven home designs have been modeled and showcase options available.

The Balboa Collection includes four floor plans -- Miramar, Sonoma, Solano and Verano. Ranging from 2,489 to 3,151 square feet, the homes are designed with courtyards, master suites, formal dining rooms, great rooms and kitchens with features. Home prices begin in the high $300,000s.

Mirasol's Monterossa Collection, priced from the high $500,000s, has three floor plans from 2,600 to 3,142 square feet -- Botticelli, Bellini and Trapani.

Residents at Mirasol have access to all Mountain's Edge amenities, as well as a private community pool house. The two-story Mediterranean-style cabana is accompanied by a 2,000-square-foot pool, spa, covered patio, barbecue area and restrooms.

Madera at Mountain's Edge, which is nearing completion, includes the Messina, Cellini and Catania floor plans.

The semi-custom, two-story, single-family homes have up to 4,200 square feet and are priced from the high $500,000s.

In addition to several other home sites, the fully furnished Cellini model home, with central courtyard, is offered for sale.

To visit Mountain's Edge, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Buffalo Drive. Travel south four miles to Blue Diamond Road. Continue past Blue Diamond intersection south on Buffalo Drive past the Exploration Park and follow signs leading to both Madera and Mirasol which are located on the left.
