Toll Brothers celebrates 10th Nevada anniversary
June 9, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Toll Brothers is celebrating its 40th anniversary in the national home building arena and 10-year anniversary in Nevada.
Robert and Bruce Toll founded the company in 1967 and entered the Las Vegas marketplace in 1997 when it acquired Coleman Homes. To celebrate the company's inception, Toll Brothers is offering 19 option packages each priced at 67 cents.
The four-day, 40-hour promotion will take place from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and Sunday at all Toll Brothers communities in the Las Vegas area.
Option packages range from the Home Fitness Center, which may include cardio and/or weight training equipment, rubber flooring and a flat-screen television, to the Pool Party, which may include a swimming pool and/or spa with decorative water features, patio furniture, built-in barbecue and patio speakers. Option packages vary at each community and are limited to one option package per home purchase.
